Vastu Consultant for Homes, Offices and Plots

Vastu consultant for homes, flats, offices and plots. Online floor plan review or site visit in Jaipur, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Delhi NCR. Fixed written fee.

Book a consultation

The usual reason people call a vastu consultant is a floor plan on the table and a decision to make. A flat they are about to buy, a plot they are about to register, a house plan the architect needs approved by Friday. Sometimes it is a home they already live in, where something has felt off for a long time.

Our vastu consultant reviews the plan or visits the site, explains what traditional vastu shastra says about the layout, and gives you written guidance you can hand straight to your architect. The fee is quoted in writing before we start, including travel, and we will never tell you to break down a wall when a practical adjustment will do.

What a Vastu Consultation Covers

Entrance and main door

The direction and placement of the main entrance is where most vastu readings begin. It is also one of the harder things to change, which is why it matters most at the plan stage.

Room placement

Kitchen, bedrooms, pooja room, bathrooms and living areas, and how their directions relate to each other. Our consultant looks at the whole layout rather than one room in isolation.

The centre of the space

Vastu gives particular importance to the centre of a home, the brahmasthan. Heavy structures and clutter there come up often in consultations.

Directions and zones

Each of the eight directions is associated with different elements and uses. The consultation explains which zones are in use for what, and where the layout departs from tradition.

Plot shape and slope

For land, the shape of the plot, the direction it faces, the slope and the surroundings. These are best checked before registration rather than after construction.

Practical adjustments

Where a change is suggested, it comes with options. Moving furniture, changing how a room is used, or adjusting colours usually comes first. Structural changes are discussed only when there is a real case and you want to consider them.

Vastu for Different Spaces

Vastu for a home or flat

The most common consultation. For a flat, many things are fixed, so the focus is on how you use the rooms you have. For an independent house, there is more room to shape the plan.

Vastu for a new house plan

The best time to consult. Changes on paper cost nothing. Changes after construction cost money and disruption. Share the plan before it is finalised and our consultant works alongside your architect.

Vastu for an office or shop

Seating, the owner's cabin, the cash counter, the entrance and the reception. Commercial spaces are usually rented and fixed, so guidance focuses on arrangement.

Vastu for a plot or land

Checking a plot before purchase. Shape, facing, slope, roads and neighbouring structures. This is the consultation that saves people the most money, because it happens before commitment.

Vastu for a factory or warehouse

Placement of machinery, storage, loading and offices. These are larger jobs and always start with a site visit and a written scope.

Plan Review or Site Visit

You do not always need a consultant at your door. Here is how the two options differ.

Online Plan Review Site Visit
Best for A flat or house plan, before purchase or construction An existing home, office, plot or factory
What we need The floor plan with directions marked Access to the property
Format Video or call, with the plan shared in advance In person, in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR or Jaipur
Output Written guidance on the plan A structured written report after the visit
Fee Quoted in writing before we start Fixed fee plus stated travel, quoted before we start

For a flat you are about to buy, an online plan review is usually enough. For a plot, an existing building or anything commercial, we recommend a visit, because a plan never shows the slope, the surroundings or how the space is actually being used.

How a Vastu Consultation Works

1. Tell us about the property

What kind of space it is, where it is, and what stage you are at. Buying, building, renovating or already living there.

2. Share the plan

A floor plan with north marked. If you do not have one, a simple hand sketch with measurements is a good start for a first conversation.

3. Receive a written quote

For plan reviews and site visits, you get a written scope and a fixed fee before any work begins, including travel costs where a visit is involved. Nothing is added later.

4. Review or visit

Our consultant reviews the plan remotely or visits the property, checks directions with a compass, and walks through each area with you.

5. Written guidance

You receive written guidance you can hand to an architect or builder. Each suggestion is explained, so you can decide which ones are worth acting on.

Vastu Consultant Fees

Vastu work is quoted individually, because a two-bedroom flat plan and a factory site visit are very different jobs. You receive a written scope and a fixed fee before we start, with travel costs stated up front.

For a quick question about one room or one change, a Single Question session is available from Rs 499 for 20 minutes. Prices include applicable taxes. There is no charge for remedies, no yantras you must buy, and no second visit you did not agree to.

How to Choose a Vastu Consultant

Be wary of demolition advice

Some consultants recommend breaking walls or rebuilding rooms as a first step. A good consultant starts with the least disruptive option and explains why anything bigger might be needed.

Ask for guidance in writing

Verbal advice is forgotten or misremembered. Written guidance can be shared with your architect and checked later.

Get the fee and travel in writing

A visit quoted without travel is a number that will grow. Ask for the total before the consultant sets out.

Avoid remedy selling

If the consultation ends with a list of expensive products you are told you must buy, the consultation was the sales pitch.

Prefer consultants who work with architects

Vastu suggestions have to fit building codes, structure and budget. A consultant who is comfortable talking to your architect gives advice that can actually be built.

What to Share Before a Vastu Consultation

A floor plan with north marked

The single most useful thing you can send. Builder brochures often include a plan, and your architect will have one. Make sure north is marked, because a plan without it cannot be read for vastu.

Photos of each room

Especially the entrance, kitchen, bedrooms and pooja area. Photos show how a space is actually used, which a plan never does.

What is fixed and what is not

Tell us whether you own or rent, whether the structure can change, and what your budget is for changes. Advice that ignores those limits is not useful advice.

What made you ask

A recent move, a purchase decision, or a run of difficulties at home or work. The reason shapes where the consultation should focus.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What does a vastu consultant do?

A vastu consultant reviews a floor plan or visits a property and explains how its layout relates to traditional vastu shastra, then suggests practical adjustments.

Q. How much does a vastu consultant charge?

Vastu work is quoted individually because properties vary so much. You receive a written scope and fixed fee before we start, including travel. Short questions start at Rs 499.

Q. Can vastu be done online?

Yes, for floor plans. For plots, existing buildings and commercial spaces, a site visit gives a much better picture.

Q. Do I need to break walls to follow vastu?

Rarely. Most guidance involves arrangement, use of rooms and small changes. Structural changes are only discussed when there is a strong reason, and the decision is always yours.

Q. When is the best time to consult a vastu expert?

Before you buy a plot or finalise a house plan. Changes on paper cost nothing.

Q. Can vastu be applied to a rented flat?

Yes. The guidance focuses on how you arrange and use the rooms, since the structure cannot be changed.

Q. Will you work with my architect?

Yes. Our written guidance is prepared so an architect can use it, and your architect is welcome to join the consultation.

Q. Does vastu guarantee success or good health?

No. Vastu is a traditional approach to space. We do not claim it guarantees money, health or success, and we will not sell it that way.

Ask for a Vastu Quote

Send us the plan or tell us about the property. We will reply with a written scope and a fixed fee, including travel, before anything is booked.
